Please note that the registration to the ICRC-CORDEX 2016 is binding and that registration payment must be made in full for entry to the conference.

Registration is processed by completing the Registration Form and the subsequent payment is processed at the SMHI Payment Portal.

The conference fee cover the participation in the conference and parallel sessions, conference documents, the conference proceedings, coffee break refreshments, conference lunches as well as a welcome reception. The registration fee does not include the travel expenses and accommodation. A personal badge will provide access to all scientific sessions and social events.

 

Registration Confirmation

You will receive an immediate confirmation directly at the website after your successful submission of the registration form. If you believe you have registered but did not receive a confirmation, please contact ipoc@cordex.org

Please note that your registration will not be final until you have seen to the payment of the conference. You will then receive a final confirmation of registration by email when the payment has been credited to the conference account. Kindly note, payments must be made in Swedish Krona (SEK).

 

Cancellation Policy

Registration is binding and there will be no refund of registration fees. Please make sure you will be able to attend the conference before registering.

The conference programme and registration details are subject to change. Please see the conference programme for ongoing updated information about the conference.

 

Financial support

There are limited funds available for early career scientists and for scientists from developing countries. Eligible persons in need for financial assistance may apply for it prior to the conference via email to ipoc@cordex.org. Please note, application of funding must be accompanied of submission of an abstract for an oral or poster presentation at the conference. Applicants need to be positively evaluated of their abstracts to be considered for funding. For further instructions and qualifications see Financial support.

The participants who are granted financial support must attend the entire conference in order to benefit. For participants with financial support it is mandatory to register at the Registration desk every conference day.
